5th Aug: One day (cheap) trip to Furano/Biei
Yeah yeah. Stingy Ros went on a cheap trip to Furano. Again, this wondeful one day tour is organized my Huisa, the intl student body here. Lots of beautiful flowers but please don't be fooled by the pictures. There is no unending fields of lavender expanding into the far horizon. However, it is still beautiful. Now I know that the lavender oil I bought from Body Shop really smells like the real lavender flowers!
Lavender soft ice cream!! Personally, I loved it. It has a slight lavender scent that stays in my mouth even after eating it.
Did I mention that Sasha joined me for this trip. Now, it's Eleanor's turn to be MIA. She was at home finishing up her papers and looking after my Variel. Without her, poor Variel will be left alone at home from 8am to 7pm and poor me will have a wrecked house that I will have to clean up!

All in all, a satisfying trip though joining a tour severely limits the places I can go.
