Muah precious puurreeeciiouusss bebeeee!
That costs me a hefty 36000 yen! Yup, I bought a snowboard!!! Everybody here are telling me just how cool it will be if I go back to Spore and say, 'Hi! My name is Roslynn and my hobby is snowboarding!'
when I intro myself to others. Ahaha! Of course, I didn't buy a snowboard just to hao lian (ibaru and jiman) to others. I simply fell in love with it. Can't believe a kia si person like me can actually take to extreme sports like snowboarding.
So off I went with my fellow snowboarding maniac, Adeline, to Sapporo Kokusai. FYI, it's getting quite warm here and all the snow has already melted in Sapporo. So no more powder snow for my precious bebee but a mountain full of crunchy ice kachang! Riding on ice kachang wasn't that bad... in fact, it was almost as good as powder snow. However, towards the evening, the ice kachang hardened into packed ice and we almost died on the last trek down the mountain! As my precious darling bebee scraped down the hard evil unforgiving ice, my heart so pain!
Oh!! And finally some clear pictures to show you all! The weather was picture perfect, so at the risk of suffering from crushed innards, I valiantly pocketed my dangerous camera and went up the mountain. FYI, I did fall twice and had my breath knocked out of me for almost a full minute. For those who are unaware of the repercussions of bringing a camera up the mountain, try falling onto your stomach with a camera in your pocket. It has the potential to become a deadly weapon.
Almost wanted to keep my precious bebee from the bad ice kachang until the next season but Adeline wants to go at least 2 more times. I was thinking of just going one more time only, simply to meet her friend Jet's burton snowboard! Adeline showed me his picture on one of those online stores and he looks soooooo cute and cool! *salivates*
