The incredible little red pill
Ok, just a short one, then back to my thesis.
I simply want to express my astonishment and appreciation of the little red pill that Miya left in the medicine box she gave me. And i should have availed myself of its miraculous services last month, or I wouldn't have wasted a precious day away. Perhaps its due the unhealthy lifestyle I am currently forced to lead, staying at home, sitting all the time, either surviving on instant noodles or over-feeding myself with comfort food... that caused these changes in my body. I have always ignored the little red pill, thinking that I would never ever need it.
Not to mention the 'right-eye scare' I had last week, when my right eye got swollen (due to a blocked oil gland, as I was told after waiting in the hospital's clinic for 2 hrs and paying 5000yen!), and the two times where my right eye couldn't see for 15sec (due to 3 possible reason, all of which are not fatal).
To think that I have always thought of myself as healthy and strong as a mule... to think that I have always been jealous of people who can get sick once a month and get MC (aka paid leave).
So anyway, BANZAI to the little red pill!! You are my hero!
