A new depth to the art of being shallow
Notwithstanding the horrendous English, I see within him a new depth of superficiality. Such obsession with all things material that it overshadows the necessity of a fulfilling and promising future.
Is it worth it? Is money that important? So important that it replaces one's dreams and hopes for the future? Or perhaps the loss of an important half strips one of his/her values. To the extent of shifting his/her perception of the world and of a quality life. 本当に哀れなものなんだ。
