A case of miscommunicated commercial
I am not sure how others see this commercial, but everytime it was screened on Ch5 and the little girl asked, 'Why mummy?', I just want to answer, 'Because your mummy is useless and pathetic so she die die want to stick to a loser who gambles away your lunch.'
It was much later that I realized that this commercial was probably made because of the upcoming Integrated Resort with casinos and etc. So this is a commercial that was trying to send a message to compulsive gamblers to 'Know The Line' (KTL). It was NOT a message to women who sticks to a loser to the detriment of their children.
